Quality Control
Our quality philosophy is simple: no instrument ships until it has been checked against defined requirements. Inspection is built into production — not bolted on at the end.
Checked at Every Stage That Matters
Surgical, dental and ophthalmic buyers stake their reputation on every instrument they resell. We treat inspection as a production responsibility: verify material on arrival, verify geometry during manufacture, verify function and surface at the end — then verify the pack.
Where a customer defines specific acceptance criteria, those criteria become the inspection reference for their order. We only document what was actually inspected — nothing more.
Six Gates Before Packing
Each stage has a defined purpose. Findings feed back into production — not just into a reject bin.
Incoming Material Inspection
Raw material verified against product requirements on arrival.
Dimensional Inspection
Lengths, jaws, tips and geometry checked against specification.
Surface Inspection
Finish quality — polish, satin or matte — verified for uniformity.
Functional Inspection
Joints, ratchets, cutting edges and grasping action tested.
Visual Inspection
Final visual review of each instrument before it proceeds to packing.
Final Packing Inspection
Counts, marking, inserts and export packing verified per order.
Quality Documentation
Documentation is provided as actually available for your order — confirm requirements when requesting your quotation.
